To set up Windows Eudora with neomailbox, follow these steps:
Incoming Mail Configuration
Select 'Tools' from the menubar and click on 'Options'.
Select 'Checking Mail'
Fill in the fields as shown below:

Make sure to enter your username in all lower case letters,
"joe", not "Joe".
Still in the 'Options' dialog, select 'Incoming Mail'
Fill in the fields as shown below:

Outgoing Mail Configuration
Select 'Sending Mail'
Fill in the fields as shown below:

SSL Configuration
Close the 'Options' dialog and click on the "Check Mail" icon on the button bar.
Eudora is not pre-configured to trust the Equifax
SSL certificate that Neomailbox uses, so you will see the folowing
error:

Click on 'Tools' in the menubar and select 'Options' again.
Select 'Checking Mail'.

Click the 'Last SSL Info' button.
Eudora pops up a dialog box:

Click the 'Certificate Information Manager' button.
Eudora pops up another dialog box:

Select the 'US, Equifax. Equifax Secure Certificate Authority'
certificate from the 'Server Certificates' section, and click
the 'Add To Trusted' button.
The Equifax Secure CA certificate should appear in the 'User
Trusted Certificates' section, as below:

Click 'Done'.
Click 'OK'.
That's it. You should be able to send and receive mail now.
