To get your mailreader set up to send messages via SSL SMTP and receive mail via SSL IMAP through Neomailbox, here's what you need to set in your mailreader configuration:
Outgoing Mail Configuration
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: neomailbox.net
SSL SMTP Port: 465
SMTP authentication: Choose password authentication. In MS Outlook / Outlook Express, do NOT enable Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
SMTP username and password: Use your neomailbox username and the SMTP password you set when you created your neomailbox account.
Enable SSL for SMTP. If you have to select between "STARTTLS" and "Alternate Port" methods, use "Alternate Port".
Troubleshooting
If you have trouble sending mail:
1. Ensure that you've set the SMTP username and password in your mail program
2. Try with the SMTP port set to 125

SSL IMAP Port: 993
Enable SSL for IMAP.

Troubleshooting
If you have trouble receiving mail:
1. Ensure that you've set the IMAP username and password in your mail program
2. Ensure that you enter your username without using capital letters
