GNU Privacy Guard
GnuPG is a complete and free replacement for the Pretty Good Privacy
(PGP) program developed by Philip Zimmermann in the early
1990s. Because it does not use the patented IDEA algorithm, it can be
used without any restrictions. GnuPG is a RFC2440 (OpenPGP) compliant
application.
GnuPG is Free Software. It can be freely used, modified and
distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
You can download the GnuPG source code or the pre-compiled Windows
application from the
GnuPG download page. This page also has links to binary
packages for popular Linux distributions.
Apple Macintosh users can download a version of GnuPG for Macintosh
(MacGPG) from the MacGPG
project site.
WinPT (for Windows)
WinPT is a collection of multilingual privacy tools and plug-ins
designed to enable the use of GnuPG through an intuitive graphical
interface. WinPT includes plug-ins for Outlook Express, Eudora
and Explorer, which enable encryption, decryption and digital
signature operations directly from your favourite email program.
In addition, WinPT includes tools for key management and ad-hoc
encryption and decryption of content through the windows clipboard.
WinPT is also Free Software, released under the terms of the GNU
General Public License.

GPGMail (for Apple OS X)
GPGMail is a multilingual privacy plug-in for Apple's Mail.app,
designed to enable the use of GnuPG through an intuitive graphical
interface. GPGMail enables encryption, decryption and digital
signature operations directly from within Mail.app.
GPGMail is also Free Software, released under an open source
license.

SecureBat!
SecureBat! from RitLabs has integrated OpenPGP support, and also
supports hardware token
authentication which can protect your account information even
on an untrusted computer.
