Professional email service for your own domain name.

Using an email address at your own domain name is a basic requirement to project a professional image of your business or organization online.

You can receive mail for your own domain name to your secure Neomailbox account, and also purchase additional mailboxes for employees or associates with addresses at your domain name.

After you sign up, contact support@neomailbox.com to set up custom domain mail hosting. We charge a one-time setup fee of $15 per domain to configure our servers to accept mail for your domain.

You will need to modify your domain's DNS records in order to set our servers as the mail servers for your domain. If you need help with this please don't hesitate to contact us.

Multiple account packages.

If you would like additional mailboxes for your domain, you will need to purchase these separately. We offer discounted packages for volume purchases, and a straightforward pricing model for multiple account packages based on a simple formula (described in greater detail below).

How do I buy a multiple account package?

Contact us at orders@neomailbox.com with your order specifications and we'll send you an electronic invoice by email for your order.

Multiple account package orders must total a minimum of $10 per month.

The price shown in the price calculator is the monthly price including volume discounts. In addition, we offer a 10% discount for annual pre-payment.

How is the price calculated?

The price is calculated according to this formula:

(Disk space per account + Data transfer per account) * Number of mailboxes / 100

Additional discounts are then applied to the total price as in the table below:

Can I buy multi-user packages without using my own domain name?

These packages are also available independent of the custom domain name option. If you don't want to use your own domain name, you can still buy multiple mailboxes at these discounted prices.
