Addresses @neo.email

Effective immediately, all customers with @neomailbox.net email addresses can now also use @neo.email addresses.

For example, if your Neomailbox email address is johnsmith@neomailbox.net, you would now also be able to use the address johnsmith@neo.email to receive and send email. (In addition, you could also use johnsmith@neomailbox.ch).

The neo.email addresses will work with your Neomailbox subdomain as well. So hello@johnsmith.neomailbox.net and hello@johnsmith.neo.email are both valid addresses for the same account.

You can send mail using a neo.email address by configuring it as an identity for outgoing messages in your email program, or in the Neomailbox webmail system.

Addresses @neo.email are also automatically enabled for all new accounts.
